Deb is a native of Maryland, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Towson State University with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Management. She has extensive experience in both medical insurance and office management. Deb was the very first employee hired at Drake Eye Center in 2003. As office manager, Deb is proficient in all aspects of the office, including scheduling, insurance verification and benefits, patient care and opticianry. Deb is often the first contact for patients arriving at the office and is usually the last contact before leaving. She works diligently to ensure that every patient has a smooth and enjoyable visit to our office.
Deb has been happily married to her husband Wes, a native of Hartselle, since 1985. They have two grown children, Ashley and Jason. In her spare time, she enjoys walking/hiking, interior decorating, gardening, cooking, reading, and contemporary Christian music.
